Having worked as a Business Manager at a leading car manufacturer and as a Sales Manager at a large removal company previously, high customer service standards have been at the forefront of both my previous roles.

I take pride in my work and what services I am offering my clients.

I will always endeavour to overcome any challenges which arise and ensure that resolutions are the most cost effective and provided in a timely manner.

MELISSAOPERATIONS MANAGER

With an extensive background working for a leading education institute based in Birmingham undertaking PA roles, time management, friendly service and an eye for detail have been key.

I take pride in my work and always give 110% for those I am supporting.

CHRISTIANMOVE MANAGER

Having worked within a family business as a Company Director for 25 years, I decided to take on a new challenge and became a Sales Executive at a leading car manufacturer where I found my passion for sales.

I then came into the removal industry and worked for a large removal company. Customer Service has been my key attribute within my working career and I will always provide excellent service to my clients.

Communication will be key for my clients.

Excellent customer service has been, and will always be at the heart of what I wish to achieve in my career.

Working within the prestige car industry with manufacturers such as Mercedes Benz for 15 years has only assisted to form and hone that passion.

Nothing is too much trouble, and I look forward to welcoming all of my customers into the Total Moving Solutions family.

MIKEMOVE MANAGER

I have worked in the industry for 9 years in total so have plenty of experience and knowledge to offer our clients.

Communication is key in our industry and I will always endeavour to respond to my clients, as quickly as possible, to ensure they are receiving the best service.

My aim is to make your move as stress free as possible.
