We had a great experience with Total Moving Solutions transferring our full storage locker in the UK over to the Netherlands. The driver Marius was very friendly, helpful and absolutely fantastic. I was unloading the storage locker by myself UK side and Marius was a great help getting stuff out and packed in to the van quickly, carefully and pain free which was great considering the stresses that come with moving your life overseas. Marius also made it through customs quickly and made it to the new destination in about 24hrs. My girlfriend was waiting the other side with several bodies to help unload and that sounded just a quick and efficient as the loading process. We found Total Moving Solutions to be most professional, patient, reliable and helpful. Christian just about bent over backwards for us with the service that he provided in shipping goods from the UK to our home in Australia. His service was thorough and informative from the start. It was no problem to get in touch with him even with the time difference and his approachability was amazing. Our goods arrived. They were well-packed, intact and all present. The constant contact with Christian throughout the process kept us up to date with where things were up to and this gave us confidence that our belongings would get to us....which they did. The only time that there was a hiccough was with the lack of communication from the company in Australia, but that all worked out too, and delivery, by them, was made five minutes later than we had been told, and, as it had been pouring with rain all day, even this was reliable. Not knowing where to start in transporting my belongings from Wales to Los Angeles, I finally found TMS through positive reviews, despite this I was still nervous but from the minute I made initial contact, right through to the date my shipment arrived, I had continuous contact with my move manager Steve who was always available to answer any questions and was both professional and personable which put me at ease. The initial communication was through email but then followed up by a phone call from Steve, making the whole process more personal, so he was able to answer any questions that popped up, I also had a video call with James so he could physically see what was being shipped, giving them a better idea of what space I needed. Apart from the communication I was also extremely pleased with the delivery crew. They arrived on time and were efficient and respectful, getting things packed up and away in good time. My belongings arrived in America a couple of months later and again the delivery crew were great.
