General Questions
All of our quotes will go to the ground and 1st floor of properties, however, anything above this will incur a further cost which can be discussed with your designated Relocation Manager.
This is no problem at all, we can provide additional services in the way of specialist lifting equipment. This additional service can be discussed with your designated Relocation Manager.
Disassembly of basic items such as a divan bed would be dismantled as part of full removal service, however, disassembly of flat pack items and appliances would require Tradesman service and can be provided for an additional cost. This additional service can be discussed with your designated Relocation Manager.
Baggage consignment services are generally provided when the consignment is under a 60 cubic metre volume.
With this service, it is usually delivered to the kerbside, and no unpacking services are generally offered.
A Dedicated Service attracts a higher price but will provide sole use of a vehicle/container for your move, whereas a Groupage Service will offer a more cost-effective service and your items will be transported with other clients.
This will depend on your final destination for your move. We will endeavour to provide an accurate estimation for delivery. The estimation period could always be impacted by delays beyond our control, for example, traffic delays, customs processes and destination popularity.
We ask all clients to use their Booking Reference they are issued with upon booking, this takes the format TMS00000.
Yes we can. If you discuss your requirements with your Move Manager, they can provide you with costs and organise for the boxes to be delivered directly to you.
If you choose to purchase your own boxes elsewhere, we ask clients to ensure they are good quality and are double walled shipping boxes. This is to minimise any risk of damages which can occur when poor quality boxes are used.
Insurance Questions
IPT stands for insurance premium tax and is priced at 12% of the insurance price.
Standard liability insurance is up to £40 per box or large item.
International insurance is offered at a standard rate of 3.5% of the total value of your goods. European insurance is offered at a standard rate of 2.9% of the total value of your goods.

The level of cover is the same and the only exception is that the Super cover does not attract a policy excess.
